九零年代愛爾蘭的著名歌者，恩雅所演唱、富有耶誕風味、由聖歌所改編的歌曲：How Can I Keep From Singing，

這首歌由美國著名的抗議歌手彼得‧西格(Peter Seeger)改寫1860年由浸信會牧師Robert Lowry所寫的聖歌，

由恩雅於1991年出版的《牧羊人之月》(Sherpherd Moon)專輯裏演唱而大大成名，仔細研究其歌詞，有很濃的反抗暴政味道。
